Jamie Foxx Credits Sister Deidra for Saving His Life in a Touching Birthday Post
Jamie Foxx's sister Deidra Dixon was applauded anew for her actions that saved her brother's life in April this year in his birthday tribute. Famous friends and fans also showed the Leo love.
Jamie Foxx wrote in part on Tuesday, "You are magical, you are beautiful, you are the courageous lionesses (sic) #leoseason, And without you, I would not be here… had you not made the decisions that you made I would've lost my life."
"Happy Birthday! And thank you for what you've done for Jamie and us, the world!" an Instagram user commented. "Love you," Nia Long expressed in the comments. "She's so beautiful, like her nieces," one said.
"Protect her always. Love you, D! 11:11 A HAPPY BIRTHDAY," "Run the World" star Bresha Webb said, and a fan wrote, "I love his love for his little sister!!" Rednaught Mitra commented:

Foxx thanked his sister by name in his health update a few weeks ago and gave a shoutout to his family for keeping news of his condition "airtight."

Dixon lives in her big brother's house, who she lovingly calls "Big Head." She styled his hair on features such as "Breakin' All the Rules," his Oscar-winning turn in "Ray," and "Spider-Man: No Way Home."
She was the late Chadwick Boseman's hairstylist on "Avengers: Infinity War," "21 Bridges," and "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom," among other projects.
