Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have opened up their beach home to guests who would like to rent it out. The duo partnered with Airbnb to make their oceanside guest home available.

The oceanfront oasis, located in Santa Barbara County, is situated right next to the couple's main beach house and will give guests a chance to meet the superstar couple in the flesh.

Kutcher and Kunis, who tied the knot in 2015, visit this beach house when they want some away time from the kids. The pair have decided to rent it out so that other people can enjoy the experience of vacationing at their beautiful home.

The couple made the announcement on Instagram. Kutcher shared a short video where he's seen sitting next to Kunis in front of their beach house. The actor tells his wife that he had a really dumb idea, "dumber than my mustache, I promise," he adds.

Kunis responds with a laugh and asks what the idea was. Kutcher tells her that they should let "complete strangers" come and stay with them at the beach since it was so nice there. A surprised Kunis asks, "Like, in real life?"

The "Your Place or Mine" actor says they would make his idea a reality. Kunis, who's still in shock, asks, "What!?" to which the actor says it's a done deal. Kutcher captioned this short clip:

"It's not the craziest idea I've had…stay with us at our beach house and leave like we're old buds! #airbnbpartner Booking opens tomorrow at 10am PST. Link in stories."

The couple kept their word as the guest beach house "Ashton & Milla Oceanfront Oasis" is now listed on Airbnb. On the listing, they promised, "We'll be there to greet you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for a fun-filled stay at the beach."

Kutcher is an investor in Airbnb. He also went through a period in his life where he also rented from the company. The actor revealed at the Airbnb Open 2016 that he lived in an Airbnb unit for a year after he and Moore divorced.

What Does Kutcher and Kunis' Guest Beach House Look Like?

The Kutchers' guest beach house is located next door to the pair's six-bedroom main house, which spans 3,100 square feet and also has six bathrooms. The lovebirds bought this grand house in 2017 for $10 million.

The pair's house came out like a modern traditional farmhouse, just as they wanted. The tables are crisply tailored, and the seating is super comfortable.

The guest beach house was a great addition to the main house. It is appropriately decorated for its waterfront locale. The décor includes weathered wood and a color scheme of bright white and navy blue. Renters of the home will enjoy the panoramic views of the crashing waves. The Santa Ynez mountains also provide a peaceful backdrop for the renters' stay.

Kutcher and Kunis are also giving renters a great deal for the low price of $0 for a one-night stay on August 19. For this cost, renters have access to the beach house's two bedrooms, one bed, and one bath that can host up to four guests.

Outside, renters will enjoy a spacious deck equipped with a barbecue and jacuzzi. In the listing, Kunis and Kutcher said renters can hike nearby trails, enjoy coffee at the beach as they sink their feet into the sand, and soak in the summer rays. Renters can also enjoy the local bites and shops located just steps from the coastline.

Apart from their Santa Barbara property, Kutcher and Kunis also have a farmhouse in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The couple dubbed the place "KuKu Farms." This six-acre property has a main house connected to a guesthouse slash entertainment barn. The couple wanted a home, not an estate, so they built a house that looked like an old barn but a modern and relevant one.

Kunis and Kutcher's barn-style house is an ideal home for them and their kids. Kunis said the house was built around a chandelier that they thought was so obnoxious. The chandelier hangs in the house's entertainment pavilion.

Aside from the main house and the guesthouse slash entertainment barn, the pair's home features a freestanding barbecue pavilion. From this place, a person can see wonderful views between and through various structures.

Kutcher said they wanted their house to look like something that had been around for decades, so they chose to give it an old barn look that's converted into a modern house. Howard Backen of the AD 100 Backen & Gillam Architects worked on the house.

Backen said Kunis and Kutcher are one of the smartest and most inquisitive couples his company has ever worked with. The two discussed issues such as beam sizes, aspects of the cross bracing, and junctures of the wood planks and concretes with him.

The primary bath has a pair of these chairs, while the others were placed in the throne room. The guest bunk room has an RH teen lamp, while the kids' rooms have two double bunk beds. Kunis and Kutcher have two kids, Wyatt, a daughter aged eight, and Dimitri, a son aged six.

Kunis and Kutcher adore their barn-style home where they live with their kids. Kutcher said they love its meticulous planning and attention to detail, which gives the family tranquility and order, and ensures the world makes sense to them.
