Susan Sarandon's Blue-Eyed Son Has Grown up and Is a Head Taller than Her: They Still Have Fun Together

Hollywood legend Susan Sarandon, 77, is a revered actress who has accomplished an incredibly illustrious career in Tinseltown. Some of her most notable works include iconic films such as "Thelma & Louise," "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," and "The Witches of Eastwick," to name a few.
In addition to achieving great fame and success, Sarandon is also a doting mom to her children. She is the mother of three kids who are now all in their thirties: Eva Amurri Martino, Jack Henry Robbins, and Miles Robbins.

When it comes to motherhood, Sarandon is hands-on with her children. She is so doting to the point where she previously made it clear that mothers are always the first point of contact for their kids. While speaking in a past interview, the "Tammy" star gave the following advice to soon-to-be-mothers:
"What I always tell any woman who's telling me they're thinking of having a baby is that no matter how involved or well-intentioned your baby daddy or husband is, it is up to you in the beginning. That's the way it's designed, there's just no getting around that...Try not to think you have to be perfect."

Sarandon is not only a doting mama bear but also a loving grandmother, and while discussing her experience as a grandmom, she revealed that grandmotherhood is easier than motherhood. The movie star explained that the constant worry one tends to feel as a mom doesn't translate to having the same type of worry as a grandmother.

Regarding the ways in which the loving grandmother prioritizes being the hands-on mom she is, Sarandon delights in spending time with her family, which includes her grown-up son, Jack, 34. Born in 1989 on May 15 with beautiful blue eyes, Jack is a director and writer in the entertainment industry.

Some of the most notable works and productions he has been a part of include his 2019 short film "Alex" and the avant-garde comedy "VHYes." As far as other facts about the 34-year-old film director go, Jack stands at 1.94 m and is a head taller than his mom, whom he shares a great relationship with.
Jack and his mom share a close bond and enjoy having fun together. A video he recently posted to his social media account shows the duo goofing around during what he captioned as a normal day in his life on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Jack's post, which he quippingly titles "Day in The Life of a Nepo Baby," showed a series of different things he gets up to during a typical day. The video started by showing Jack waking up and embarking on his morning routine for the day.

At the beginning of the video, viewers see a framed photo of Sarandon sitting above Jack's bed, further emphasizing her importance to him. The footage then shows Jack walking around his neighborhood and stopping by his favorite coffee shop before starting work.

After completing his work, he is off to visit his iconic mom and stopped by her place with two iced coffees for them to enjoy. Clips of Sarandon and her son then follow and show the two joking and playing around, and Jack pokes fun at the fact that he has a famous mom.

Though he made many jokes in the video, Jack also mentioned the fact that his mom not only teaches and inspires him when it comes to career moves in the entertainment industry but also about life.
