Social media has been in love with Kaavia James Wade since the day she was born, and the tiny celebrity just keeps getting cuter and cuter.

The tiny tot best known as "Shady Baby" for her thunderous scowls, has revealed a new and surprising facet of her personality to the world.

"SHADY BABY" CRACKS A SMILE

In a recent Instagram post by her actress mom Gabrielle Union, Kaavia can be actually seen breaking into a sunny smile.

Kaavia is standing in her crib dressed in an adorable white onesie with an ice cream print, looking back over her shoulder and smiling, showing off her ver first two teeth.

Gabrielle, who suffered several miscarriages, was reluctant to resort to surrogacy which she considered "surrendering to failure."

It was on November 7, 2018, that Gabrielle and her husband Dwyane Wade welcomed Kaavia into the world via surrogate, and it is a moment they will never forget.

"We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that our miracle baby arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days. Welcome to the party sweet girl!" they shared.

To celebrate her first Mother's Day, Gabrielle and Dwyane posted a photo that shows their reaction at their first sight of their newborn daughter.

"This moment reminded me that miracles do happen. You cant age out of joy. You are worthy. You are worthy. You are worthy. Sending so much love today to all the mamas, stepmamas, grandmas, aunties real and play, daddies, friends and anyone who has taken the time to nurture another living soul," she wrote.

GABRIELLE UNION'S STRUGGLE WITH FERTILITY ISSUES

Gabrielle, who suffered several miscarriages, was reluctant to resort to surrogacy which she considered "surrendering to failure."

"There's nothing more that I wanted than to cook my own baby," she revealed.

With her husband's encouragement, she finally agreed and hasn't looked back since.

GABRIELLE UNION MEETS KAAVIA

The moment that the Wades first saw their baby girl was captured for posterity and shows Gabrielle's incredulous joy, as the doctor holds up the newborn Kaavia, with her umbilical cord still in a clamp.

"Kaavia James Union Wade's journey into our arms was long and at times brutal. There were heartbreaks that nearly broke us and streams of tears that turned into raging rivers," Gabrielle revealed.
