Journalist and talk-show host Tamron Hall opened up about the loneliness she felt before she gave birth to her first child Moses at the age of 48.

The journalist, who had struggled with fertility issues since her 30s felt isolated from a world of "moms" to which she could never belong, and submerged in profound loneliness.

But that sadness and isolation is a thing of the past for Tameron, whose life has been transformed by the birth of her son Moses, in April 2019.

Tameron is determined to reach out to women who are going through the same pain and uncertainty she suffered and help them deal with that loneliness with hope.

"For me, [my] show gives us an opportunity to talk about the facets of life — from my own personal experiences, and from people who are going through things that I may not have thought of,” she said.

Another issue Tameron promises to deal with in her new show which starts in September is mom-shaming, a particularly brutal form of Internet bullying targeting new moms who are by nature uncertain and still insecure in their roles.

And Tameron knows what she's talking about. She was targeted by haters who accused her of not being there for her son because of her career, and she responded.

“I felt compelled to respond, not for myself, but for all the other women who are feeling beat down by [mom-shamers] (...) And what if I was in a weak moment and felt judged and misunderstood? … This isn’t a rant. It’s a reply. Because that’s what I want to talk about on my show. I want to talk about the mommy-shaming,” she wrote.

All in all, it looks like Tameron's new show, which will premiere on Monday, September 9, will be giving voice to a lot of issues troubling women in these challenging times.

TAMERON HALL'S SURPRISE PREGNANCY

Fans were astounded when Tameron Hall announced her pregnancy just weeks before giving birth to her son Moses.

Tamron 47, announced her pregnancy on March 4, and gave birth to her son in April, and confessed that she delayed the announcement due to her pregnancy being considered high risk.

“I was high-risk, not just because of my age, but there were other medical factors too. I was terrified I would lose this baby, and I would have to go back and tell everyone that now it was bad news and after this pregnancy had gone so far,” she said.

But mother and baby came through their ordeal with flying colors, and Tameron is now the doting mother to the cutest little boy.
