During the shoot for Esquire Magazine, the creative director paired Jason Momoa with several animals, including a cat and a puppy, and that was when the trouble started.

Momoa sort of fell in love with a German shepherd puppy and took him "home" to his hotel room. Not to keep of course, not without wife Lisa Bonet's approval, whom he refers to as a "goddess". Nothing, Momoa confessed is done without her approval.

Momoa first fell for Bonet when he was 8, watching the "Cosby Show" and she became his dream girl.

LISA BONET CALLS THE SHOTS

That's kind of adorable too. Momoa is larger than life, and a force of nature, but he's as mild as milk around his tiny wife.

But Momoa had a cunning plan to keep the pup...He renamed him Rama, which is the name of one of Bonet's beloved childhood pets. Momoa explains his deference to Bonet in all things:

“Goddesses belong up there..."

JASON MOMOA CALLS IN THE REINFORCEMENTS

Momoa knows he already has two dogs at home, and he spends a lot of his time off filming (Bonet would be caring for the pup) so he called in reinforcements.

He introduced the puppy to his children Wolf and Lola on Facetime, and of course, the inevitable happened: they fell in love too.

JASON MOMOA'S CUNNING PLAN

With the children begging dad to bring the new puppy home, Momoa moves into the final stage of his cunning plan. He tells the children sadly:

“It’s up to Mama. Mama is the boss—everyone knows that.”

AQUAMAN VICTORIOUS

As planned mom fell in love with the puppy too, and once again Momoa managed to expand the family's growing menagerie which includes a donkey.

Bonet and Momoa have been together for 14 years and married since 2017, and it's clear that the actor worships the ground she walks on - like a goddess.

Momoa first fell for Bonet when he was 8, watching the "Cosby Show" and she became his dream girl. For some men, dreams do come true.

JASON MOMOA - A BLIND WARRIOR IN A DYSTOPIC WORLD

On November 1, 2019, Jason Momoa's new series premieres on Apple TV. Momoa managed to expand the family's growing menagerie which includes a donkey.

Momoa plays a blind warrior in a dystopic world in which mankind has lost the power of sight due to a virus.
