Donny Osmond of 'Donny and Marie' Fame Shares Sweet Throwback Photo with Son Chris on His 29th Birthday

To celebrate his son's 29th birthday, singer Donny Osmond took to Instagram to share one of the sweetest birthday posts that fans have laid eyes on this year.

Donny Osmond and his son, Chris, have such a desirable relationship and they don't waste any opportunity to show it off.

"Earlier this month, Donny celebrated his 62nd birthday, and his sister, Marie had taken to her Instagram to share a few kind words."

It was Chris' birthday yesterday, and proud father Donny shared a post that tugged at our hearts. The post, which featured a younger-looking Chris on his father's shoulder at a football game, was captioned:

"Older people always refer to their age as "29 and holding". Since you're turning 29 today, you better enjoy it. Theoretically, you'll never have another birthday ever again. Happy birthday, buddy!"

As expected, many fans trooped into the post's comment section to share their wishes for the birthday boy. Amongst those comments was one from the celebrant himself where he teased his father:

"Well, you gotta be careful there dad... The older I get, the older YOU get."

Birthday shoutouts on Instagram seem to be a norm in the Osmond family.

Earlier this month, Donny celebrated his 62nd birthday, and his sister, Marie had taken to her Instagram to share a few kind words, as noted by Closer Weekly.

The 60-year-old singer praised her brother for bringing joy to those around him as she prayed that his "new year" would give him all his wishes.

To celebrate himself, Donny decided to share a family picture, which shocked his followers who weren't used to such content from the singer.

According to Deseret News, the "I'll Make a Man Out Of You" crooner's post showed him and his family during a trip to Utah.

Donny used the post's caption to not only thank his fans and followers for their wishes but also to reflect on how his family had helped him in his career.

The singer stated that he wouldn't forget this birthday in a hurry as it had given him several memories.

Donny also mentioned that the best gift he received was getting time off from performing so he could spend time with his wife and family. According to him, it was the first time such an event had occurred since 2010.

The photo Donny shared included him, his wife of 41 years, Debbie, their five sons, Donald, Jeremy, Brandon, Christopher, and Joshua alongside their spouses and children.

It was a full-fledged family affair!
