Carrie Underwood's Husband Mike Fisher Celebrates Son Jacob's 1st Birthday by Sharing Adorable Photo of Their Kids

Country music singer Carrie Underwood and former hockey player and husband Mike Fisher celebrated their son Jacob's first birthday this week. The little boy officially turned one.

The former professional athlete took to social media to celebrate the little boy’s special day with a post. Fisher shared an adorable image of Jacob staring at his older brother Isaiah.

In the photo, Isaiah, 4, wore a colander on his head as he looked straight at his little brother. The toddler appeared to be kneeling on a table.

Jacob celebrates his 1st birthday

The little boy’s father captioned the Instagram post writing: “Happy birthday Jacob! You’ve brought us so much joy this past year. Esphesians [sic] 3:20.” Isaiah wore a gray sweater in the image while his younger sibling kept warm in a camouflage-print hoodie.

The photo of both boys together is a rare occurrence for Carrie Underwood and Fisher. The couple rarely posts pictures of their two children for privacy reasons.

Underwood celebrates her son’s birthday

Fisher wasn’t the only one who took to social media to celebrate his son’s January 21 birthday. The country musician also posted some cute images of the little toddler.

The photos showed Jacob happily munching on a camouflage cake. In the caption of her post, the singer called the little boy “our miracle baby.”

After Jacob was born, his mother took to social media to share his first images. The first photo showed Fisher cradling the little baby who was swaddled in a blanket.

Country singer’s many miscarriages

The “Cry Pretty” singer doesn’t call Jacob a miracle for nothing; she struggled to get pregnant and carry a baby to full term. The country star revealed that she’d had three different miscarriages as she and Fisher tried to have a second child.

When did the miscarriages occur

The couple got pregnant for the first time in early 2017 but Underwood miscarried. She got pregnant again in the spring but lost that baby too.

The last miscarriage was in early 2018.
