LL Cool J's wife celebrated their daughter's 20th birthday with a touching photo montage that included a few never before seen throwback photos from her childhood.

LL Cool J and his wife, Simone Smith are the proud parents of four grown-up children. The couple's youngest daughter, Nina Symone Smith is following in her famous parent's footsteps in both fashion and music.

A year ago, she debuted the music video for her first single titled, "Call Me." The visuals for the song showed her embracing her mother's love for hip-hop trends such as hoop earrings. She also honored her father in the opening scene by sporting a Kangol bucket hat.

Nina's video debut coincided with her birthday which had her mother proudly promoting the project. This year, Simone paid tribute to Nina on her birthday with never before seen photos from her childhood.

Simone started off her heartwarming photo montage with a much younger looking Nina showing off her gorgeous curly hair. In another photo, Nina was dressed for Halloween in an "Alice in Wonderland" themed costume.

Simone also shared photos of her with Nina out and about, and a few of the two dressed in stunning outfits for events. In a heartfelt message, the doting mom gushed:

"My sweet, fearless baby girl. I CAN NOT believe you are 20. Happy Birthday, superstar!!! I love you with my whole heart."

Many fans joined Simone in wishing her daughter a happy birthday. One person wrote, "happy, blessed 20th, and many more to come". Nina commented on her mother's post, saying, "I love you mommy."

Vanessa Bell Calloway said, "the baby is 20!!! OMG WOW time flies, but she's your beautiful mini-me. Happy birthday Nina." Simone shared a similar exchange with Tai Beauchamp about Nina's resemblance to her.

Along with honoring her daughter's birthday, Simone also celebrated her

with LL Cool J.

She posted a video of the couple's elaborate romantic setup. It included a meal cooked by a celebrity chef, silver decor complete with candle lanterns, and purple flowers.

In honor of their anniversary, LL Cool J commissioned an artist named Bou Bou to create a painting of the couple from a photo taken in the 1990s.

The black and white portrait was hand-painted using a microphone and flown in from Senegal to the couple's home in the United States.
