Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have been together close to four decades, and it is safe to say that the lovers defied Hollywood's break up jinx.

The insider shared that the Hollywood icons who genuinely cherish each other have had no arguments or misunderstanding as they stayed cooped up in the lockdown.

Hawn, 74, and her lover even grew more appreciative of each other. While staying indoors helped their relationship, outdoor activities have been helpful too. According to the Source,

Family times are also fun when Hawn's kids and grandkids come around. The loving matriarch goes out of her way to cook for her loved ones and enjoy quality time with her beloved grandkids.

Once Hawn's kids, Kate and Oliver Hudson revealed on their podcast, "Sibling Revelry," how their star mom fell in love with her fellow star, Russell.

She sweetly shared that Russell still made her feel beautiful like he did from day one.

Kate and her brother shared that their mom's love for Russell was connected to them. The duo recalled that back in 1983, the mom brought her lover home in Malibu, and they were already asleep.

After she let him get a peek of the young Kate and Oliver, Russell entered their room, sat with them, and showed his fatherly instincts. This made Hawn's heart flutter, and she knew right away that she found "the one."

Years later, Russell, who acted in "Tombstone," became the lovely dad of his and Hawn's blended family. This year's Father's Day had Hawn, who starred in "First Wives Club," gushing over her partner on Instagram. She wrote:

"Nobody laughs like him, and nobody loves like him. Happy Father's Day to you, my angel."

When the duo became an item in 1983, she had two kids, Oliver and Kate, from her previous marriage; Russell was also dad to Boston from his previous marriage. As a couple, Hawn and her fellow star welcomed a son, Wyatt.

Once speaking with People, the award-winning actress was glowing as she sweetly shared that Russell still made her feel beautiful like he did from day one.
