Tiffany Pollard rose to fame when she appeared on rapper Flavour Flav's TV show "Flavor of Love." The TV show consisted of a selection of contestants vying for the ultimate prize of dating the Long Island, New York, rapper. On this show, Pollard gained her well-known soubriquet, New York.

With memorable moments and a growing fanbase, Pollard then got the opportunity to star in her reality show that mirrors the concept of Flavor Flav's show. Her show's ratings skyrocketed, and the now-41-year-old became a star who changed reality TV with her iconic moments, now popular memes.

Tiffany Pollard Calls Her Fiancé Her 'Prince Charming'

Pollard announced her third engagement on the "I Love New York: Reunited" show in November 2020. Before that, she had gotten engaged to "I Love New York" alum Patrick Tango Hunter during season one, followed by an engagement to George Tailor Made Weisgerber when he proposed in season two.

Pollard had initially rejected Weisgerber's proposal but accepted when he proposed again during the season's reunion. Both previous engagements were broadcasted on television, making fans gasp in astonishment when she announced the third secret engagement.

Pollard debuted on TV aged 23 when she appeared in rapper Flavor Flav's show, "Flavor of Love." Her debut performance gave her a second-place finish and a callback for season two. Although her attempt to win the rapper's heart was unsuccessful, she established herself as a reality TV icon.

When speaking about her third engagement on "I Love New York: Reunited," the 41-year-old revealed that her fiancé had proposed to her three weeks prior. Without disclosing her groom-to-be's identity, she described his gentlemanly nature in adorable detail before saying:

"He's a prince charming, like literally. He fits so well. He fits what I'm doing. He fits my mindset. And it's just like, an undying, unconditional support. And I think that that is so important in a relationship. So we really bounced off each other that way. And the rest is history."

The announcement surprised the show's host, Vivica A. Fox, who then asked her to show off the engagement ring — a hulking diamond attached to a slim band that Pollard said she picked out by herself. Although her beau remains a mystery, she disclosed that she met him on the set of "Famously Single."

Tiffany Was Previously Engaged Twice during Her Time on 'I Love New York'

Pollard, who has revealed she is committed to her new man, Timmy Stewart, is no stranger to commitment. As mentioned previously, Stewart is her third fiancé, and before him, she said yes to her "I Love New York" contestants, Weisgerber and Hunter.

Hunter, Pollard's TV show's inaugural winner, revealed that his relationship with Pollard ended due to her disrespect towards him and his mother, Paula. New York's relationship with Weisgerber dramatically concluded as their fights and public disputes turned violent.

Hunter went on to become the producer and host of a youtube food show called "Let It Marinate." He holds no grudges against the cast members he locked horns with back in 2007. He posted about his lifelong friendship with contestants Lee Marks and William Lash on Instagram.

Despite the drama surrounding their relationships in the 2000s, the "I Love New York" alums are in a much better space. Weisgerber mentioned that he has learned a lot since 2007 and noted that there are better ideas than proposing on a reality TV show after three weeks.

He lives in New York City with his girlfriend of five years and believes taking things slowly has helped them develop a great relationship. Weisgerber disclosed that he considers his violent altercation with Ezra Masters as his fondest memory from the show.
