Did Cameron Boyce Have a Girlfriend? He Never Revealed His Relationship Status
Cameron Boyce was loved and recognized for his talent and compassion for the world. He was 20 years old when he died, and at the time of his death, he hadn't publicly dated anyone.
Cameron Boyce would have celebrated his 24th birthday in May 2023. The actor, who drew his first breath in Los Angeles on May 28, 1999, was born to an Ashkenazi Jewish mother and an African-Caribbean father.
His entertainment career began in 2008 when he appeared in the music video for "That Green Gentleman" by Panic! at the Disco. He attained his first film credit that year in the horror mystery "Mirrors," where he played Michael Carson.

He also starred alongside Shia LeBeouf and Michelle Monaghan in "Eagle Eye." Boyce's next role was in the TV series "General Hospital: Night Shift," where he appeared as Michael Stone Cates Jr. in seven episodes.
He returned onscreen in the 2010 comedy "Grown Ups," with Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Rob Schneider, and Salma Hayek. He landed his breakout role in Disney's "Jessie" the following year, which opened more doors for the young dancer.
Among his last onscreen appearances are the series "Mrs. Fletcher" and "Paradise City," released in 2021, even though the actor had tragically passed two years before. Until then, the late star had not made any romantic relationships official, but he once revealed his first celebrity crush and talked about his first kiss.

Cameron Once Spoke about His Celebrity Crush
Boyce appeared on "Young Hollywood" in October 2018, where he played the "Game of Firsts." The first question asked was about his first celebrity crush, which he revealed was Beyoncé. He spoke about one of the singer's music videos with Shakira for the song "Beautiful Liar" and sweetly gushed:
"It's the most incredible thing you will ever watch in your life."

Cameron Also Shared Details about His First Kiss at 11
Boyce said he had a "girlfriend" when he was 11, who managed to steal a kiss from him. He recalled the encounter, saying he was aiming to kiss her forehead. However, as he went closer for the peck, the young lady quickly reached up on her toes and kissed his lips.
The late actor was shocked, but he remembered the story fondly. He described it as the "most un-smooth first kiss" and "just so not romantic at all." As the game concluded, he said, "I hope your first kiss was better than mine."
Cameron Shared Moments With Different Girls Though He Never Made Any Relationship Official
Boyce sometimes took to social media to show his life, including sharing pictures with friends as they hung out, and some of them were ladies. These young women were sometimes his co-stars, friends, or sister, Maya Boyce. The moments he shared are still on his Instagram page at the time of writing. He also spent time with his colleagues outside of work.
Zoe Brown was one of the late actor's friends he would hang out with. He once posted a sweet tribute to celebrate her birthday. "tis the szn. two [gemini]s equals just enough planning power to throw a joint birthday party [tilted laughing emoji] happy birthday Zo, love you (sic)," he wrote.
In February 2019, he shared a silly photo of himself and his sister donning theatrical white masks. "Maya's first #sleepnomore ... We arrived with high hopes. We left with many keepsakes. WE'LL BE BACK (or actually in the show)," Boyce captioned the picture.
Sadly, Cameron Passed Away Young in 2019
Boyce had been dealing with an ongoing medical condition when he died of an epileptic seizure in July 2019. As his family's representative revealed to ABC News, his medical condition took him in his sleep. At the time of his death, his family requested privacy as they mourned him.
Heartbreaking tributes and condolences poured from fans worldwide when the news broke. The actor's former co-stars, including Sandler, Charles Esten, and Disney CEO Robert Iger, took to social media to express their grief and bid farewell to him.
