Bill Murray poured vodka over his colleague Mahershala Ali after the Golden Globes
Once a prankster, always a prankster, and Bill Murray is still one of the biggest ones in Hollywood, even at the age of 68.
The famous actor was at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 6, 2019, to present the Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy award, and couldn't help but steal the show.
During a funny toast with a cup of vodka, Murray ended up pouring the alcoholic drink over Viggo Mortensen, Linda Cardellini and Mahershala Ali.
HIGHLY UNEXPECTED
The cast of "Green Book" got together backstage to celebrate the award but they certainly didn't expect to go home with their clothes smelling of vodka.
During a Tuesday appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," 44-year-old Ali recalled the moment he felt the vodka being splashed across his face.
ALL IN THE NAME OF GOOD FUN
According to the actor, while most of his colleagues had the drink poured over their heads, Ali, who doesn't drink on account of his religion, had to stand there drenched in alcohol.
Ali shared that he had to do the rest of the interview with one of his eyes closed and, despite the slight stinging sensation, there were no hard feelings between him and Murray.
MURRAY AND THE STEELDRIVERS
Murray, who starred in films such as "Ghostbusters," "Space Jam" and "Zombieland," has recently reunited with The Steeldrivers and John Prine.
The 68-year-old appeared on stage during a concert, surprising the audience, and joined the musicians in a rendition of Prine's famous 1971 hit, "Paradise."

The moment couldn't have been more special considering that Murray struck a friendship with the bluegrass band during the shooting of the movie "Get Low" in 2009.
But even before meeting the band, Murray was already a fan of their work, having bought several tickets for a concert in Charleston last year in order to distribute them to fans in front of the theater prior to the show.
