Kim Fields' Husband Christopher Morgan Gives Their Oldest Son Gigantic Ring as He Turned 13

After Kim Fields' oldest son turned 13-years-old, her husband, Christopher Morgan, surprised their teenager with a large custom ring that had a touching inscription on it.

"Facts of Life" star, Kim Fields and her husband Christopher Morgan officially became the proud parents of a teenager when they celebrated their son Sebastian Morgan's 13th birthday.

His birthday was on May 4th, during which they showered with touching birthday tributes. In the weeks that followed, Christopher even teased about how much taller Sebastian was growing.

In honor of Father's Day, Christopher turned the tables and presented his son with a gift. He shared that he hoped it would be the start of a new family tradition, he explained:

"When my sons each turn 13, they will be given rings that celebrate who they are on Father's Day. Today is Sebastian's day."

Sebastian is the couple's first child. In a touching tribute to him, Christopher penned an uplifting message about his son, he wrote:

"Today, my oldest son receives this from me. He is the product of careful planning, hard work, constant prayer, and immense love."

In an impassioned tribute, Christopher reflected on the history of the stolen legacies of black men and argued that it is something which people sometimes envy about other races.

The proud father of two shared his desire to start a legacy that would begin with Sebastian. He revealed that the inscription inside the large ring, read, "my son, my pride, my joy."

The gift had many people praising Christopher for displaying such a thoughtful act. One fan couldn't hide their emotions and commented, "I'm not crying...you're crying. Absolutely beautiful! Blessings to you and your family!"

Kim also gushed over the gesture and said, "such a phenomenal way to celebrate a peace/piece of Father's Day!" Christopher's mother, Ophelia Morgan, expressed her pride in her son's actions.

The ring had a sizeable opaque stone on the top. Along the side, it has the word "SAM" engraved on it to initialize his full name, Sebastian Alexander Morgan.

Kim and Christopher also have a six-year-old son named Quincy. After years of trying for their second child and dealing with miscarriages, "The Facts of Life" star welcomed him unexpectedly at 44-years-old.
