In his book, Ken mentioned that his wife's obstetrician was "the unlikeliest map booster of all." He also called the obstetrician a "monkey doctor." Ken explained:

"In addition to having delivered my daughter, Caitlin, she also delivered all the Gorilla babies at Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo."

Although the information seemed unusual to Ken, the obstetrician skillfully managed Miranda's childbirth. Ken mentioned that his wife and daughter were "doing beautifully" after a short labor.

Regarding the little girl's name, Ken said that he and his wife received disapproving looks from people when they named their daughter with a seemingly old-fashioned name.

In recent years, Ken has shared funny observations on Twitter about Caitlin Elizabeth Jennings.

He expressed a sense of "missed opportunity," feeling that they could have given their daughter a more unique name. However, despite that, their daughter has grown up charming and unique.

From Ken's perspective, Caitlin's childhood was filled with fascinating moments. According to him, Caitlin believed that if a cut or scrape started itching, it meant it was in the process of healing. Her quirky behavior during dinner time also amused Ken.

Rather than going out, Caitlin finds great pleasure in watching TV with her dad. Ken remains fascinated by her amusing ways and unique perspective as she enters her teenage years.
