The official trailer for the upcoming "American Horror Story" season was released by FX, featuring the chilling melody of "Rock-A-Bye Baby." In the teaser, viewers got a glimpse of Emma Roberts, Cara Delevingne, and Kim Kardashian, each carrying a similar eerie vibe with their snow-white hair and glasses.

However, Kim's character stood out as she was shown holding a newborn in a haunting video sequence. The appearance of Kim's character sparked diverse reactions from fans on social media.

One fan wrote, "She looks normal for once." Another one stated, "I didn't understand how she'd fit into the show when it was announced, but so far (appearance-wise), she looks really, really good!" Someone else shared, "Didn't even recognize her." Another Twitter user wrote, "Omg woah, she looks so cool."

Ryan Murphy, the show's co-creator, expressed his excitement about having Kim on board and acknowledged her status as one of the most prominent and talented television stars globally, making her addition to the show even more significant.

She received lots of responses from striking writers. One wrote, "Getting as many WGA writers to head there and picket." Another writer tweeted, "Striking in support of our union. Thanks for crossing our line."

In an interview, Kim talked about how she had prepared herself for the role, adding that she had to take acting lessons. Besides "American Horror Story," the reality star has shown her acting prowess in several projects, including "Ocean's Eight," "Drop Dead Diva," and "Beyond the Break," among others.

When veteran actress Patti Lupone appeared on Andy Cohen's show, she expressed her disapproval regarding Kim's role in season 12 of "American Horror Story." In the "Do! They! Give A Damn!?" session, Patti shared her concern, stating that Kim was taking away opportunities from actors.
