Diana Ross' 5 Kids Celebrate Her 76th Birthday with Heartwarming Tributes and Posts

All five children of Diana Ross celebrated their mother on her 76th birthday. Tributes, beautiful clips and photos graced their social media to express their love for the woman who's proud of them the most.

Diana Ross’ children showered her with love on her 76th birthday. All five of them shared special tributes for the music legend they call mom.

The iconic diva who had a grand diamond celebration last year has always been proudest of her children and they reciprocated with lots of love on her special day.

DIANA'S DAUGHTERS' TRIBUTES

Diana’s eldest, Rhonda Ross Kendrick whom she shares with Motown CEO Berry Gordy and raised with her first husband, Robert Ellis Silberstein marked her mother’s birthday with a photo of the two of them on stage as Diana sang to her. Rhonda captioned the photo with an invitation to her followers to celebrate her mother.

“PLEASE JOIN ME IN WISHING THIS REMARKABLE WOMAN AN EXTRAORDINARY BIRTHDAY!! Thank you for all the love you love you have given!! Love you sooooooooo much Mom!!!!”

Diana’s second child and first with Robert, Tracee Ellis Ross, commemorated her mother in three feeds on her Instagram. She first reposted Diana’s birthday tribute to herself which featured an image of her in a glittery gown with her head tilted and hands covering her eyes. She captioned it with her birthday wish that read,

“I wish and ask for SOURCE - the Highest Power - to send LOVE, compassion, health, well-being, happiness, clarity, abundance, joy, forgiveness, appreciation and all the blessings - for there are many - to my human family on this planet. Sending my Love and Light to ALL.”

Tracee followed up the post with her own tribute, sharing a beautiful black and white of the two of them.

“thank you for being the best mama ever. I love you so so so much. Wishing you the happiest birthday!!!” she captioned it.

For her third post, Tracee shared several throwback clips of Diana performing. “A wee birthday selection of my glorious mama,” she described it.

Tracee attests to how great Diana is as a mother. In fact, in spite of the fame that came with the territory of being a superstar, Tracee once said that the legendary singer is “a better parent than she is ‘Diana Ross’.”

Diana has a second daughter with Robert, Chudney Ross who took to her Instagram stories to greet her. She reposted the image Diana used in her own birthday tribute and added, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM.”

In her feeds, she shared photos of Diana dancing and lauded her for bringing "so much positivity, light, inspiration and #love every day (even from a distance in these the most trying times)."

Chudney added,

"You are the music in my heart, the grounding voice in my ear and the love all around we love you so so!"

Meanwhile, Diana’s eldest son, Ross Naess, her first child with her second husband, Arne Naess, also used his Instagram stories to celebrate his mother. Ross shared a black and white photo of a vibrant Diana dancing with her eyes closed, the same one Chudney used.

Finally, Diana’s youngest son and second with Arnae, Evan Ross shared a throwback clip of one of Diana’s magnetic performances and greeted her a happy birthday adding, “LOVE YOU!!.”

A PROUD MOTHER

Diana has always taken pride in being a mother to her children. Last year, she shared a photo with all of them and wrote, “I have so much to be proud of...my best examples are my children.”

Her daughter, Tracee attests to how great Diana is as a mother. In fact, in spite of the fame that came with the territory of being a superstar, Tracee once said that the legendary singer is “a better parent than she is ‘Diana Ross’.”

And that’s why Diana can always count on her children to be there for her in every recognition she receives and in every show she stages. Meanwhile, her children can count on her to be there for them, guiding them through their own careers in the industry (because they all work in entertainment too) and even officiating in their wedding ceremonies as she did for Ross.
