While her husband is commonly known for his role in "Good Girls," Adelfa Marr has made a name for herself as a multi-faceted creative and life coach. Manny Montana's wife has also dabbled in acting and recently released a self-help book.
Manny Montana's marriage to his wife has been an area of the actor's personal life that has intrigued fans since he was cast to play the brooding bad boy in "Good Girls." While the couple do not share much about their love life, it has been confirmed that the actor and his wife have been married happily for years.
While Adelfa Marr has dipped her toes into the acting pool, she is widely known for her work as a spirituality-enlightened life coach who strives to help people lead healthier lives. Adelfa Marr is also the best mother, according to her famous husband.

Who Is Adelfa Marr?
Although Marr is married to a well-known Hollywood actor, she avoids attracting media attention and shares little-to-no information about her personal life with the public. Most information about Marr comes from her Instagram, which revealed the actor's wife is an only child born on August 3.
Marr describes herself on her Instagram account as a mental health advocate and coach who speaks two languages, English and Spanish (her first language). Besides loving jewelry, sneakers, and fashion, cooking is her favorite hobby.
Marr's successful career as a coach has seen her garner over 83,000 Instagram followers at the time of publication. Montana's wife has written for different websites, including 21Ninety (since 2018), INKind.life, and Byrdie. She covers topics from race and motherhood to sex and self-care.
In recent years, Marr has used her knowledge of psychology and spirituality to pen a self-help book released in May 2023.
Marr is an activist and outspoken about racism and feminism. However, the project she is probably proudest of is her self-titled website, where she offers online sessions to help others practice self-care and live healthier lives.
Marr's website states that she has a background in psychology and a deep interest in spirituality. Thus, she created her coaching method to help her clients find happiness.
It all started as her journey to healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma due to a past assault. Eventually, Marr discovered ways to be at peace with her life and grow into her "emotional awareness and intelligence." Her website reads:
"I'm a dedicated breathwork teacher and wellness coach, guiding individuals toward self-discovery in safe spaces where masks can fade and true transformation begins. My life finds balance through meditation, nature's embrace, horseback rides, and cherished family moments."
In recent years, Marr has used her knowledge of psychology and spirituality and penned a self-help book released in May 2023. Her book is titled "Lord Knows This Sh*t Ain't Easy: How to Stay Emotionally Balanced in a Chaotic World."
Marr's self-help guide aims to help people "live courageously and authentically" while "being vulnerable in relationships" and developing "a true sense of gratitude," including in the face of adversity.
Was Manny Montana's Wife On 'Good Girls'?
Marr might not be an actress, but she does have one acting credit. In 2019, she portrayed Dylan in "Good Girls," the TV series that shot her husband into stardom.
Dylan is the woman Rio (Montana's character) hugs and kisses to make Beth, his on-screen love interest, jealous. Marr's appearance on the show was brief, but it meant a lot. She posted about it on Instagram and wrote:
"Such a beautiful, happy, and memorable day with my amazingly talented husband. This one is definitely for the books. […] Thanks for making me the happiest girl to walk this earth."
Adelfa Marr And Manny Montana's Relationship
Montana may avoid sharing details about his personal life online, but when he talks about Marr, he goes above and beyond. This was made evident in one of his Instagram posts from October 2020.
In the post, the actors shared photos of Marr and described her as his best friend, partner, and mother of their child. Montana adds that Marr helps multiple people through challenging times and is the best mom and funniest woman on earth.
When Montana talks about Marr, people notice how much he loves and appreciates her.
Marr and Montana had not shared when and how they met at the time of writing. However, we know they tied the knot in 2016 and are raising a son. In March of this year, Marr took to Instagram to document her and her husband's romantic getaway and revealed:
"@lbmannymontana always grounds me and reminds me it's okay to take some time and take it all in. I love you my baby and every second with you and our baby feels like a getaway from this chaotic world."
While Montana's wife occasionally shares glimpses of their relationship online, details about their son, including his name and birthday, have remained private. The couple has posted a few photos of their child on social media, but they always cover his face with an emoji to protect his privacy. Montana admitted to having a "great time" as a dad, as he had never felt that love.
During an interview, the actor acknowledged it might sound like a cliché, but he didn't know what true love was until he welcomed his son. However, he does not ignore how tiring it can get sometimes. But knowing that his son is funny, loving, and always wants to laugh and be around him makes up for all the energy being a parent requires.
When Montana talks about Marr, people notice how much he loves and appreciates her. After describing her as his rock, the actor said people often wish to find the ideal marriage but unconsciously think it might never happen.
With Marr, he found that. Montana credited her for sacrificing "so much" for him and pointed out that they do everything together. Like his "Good Girls" character, Montana is all about protecting his family.
Marr has also gushed about their son and relationship. She explained she always wanted to be a mom due to the "special" bond she and her parents have. The life coach added that being a mom was one of the best and most challenging and life-changing experiences in her life, but it made her feel "blessed beyond belief."
Marr and Montana have promised to be each other's best friends, so they fight for one another. Last year, Marr dedicated another heartfelt Instagram post to her husband and wrote:
"There hasn't been a day that I haven't wanted to crawl into your skin and become one w you. forever obsessed. te amo @lbmannymontana (sic)."
